The Training Plan is a tool used to implement the CSN’s Strategic Plan. Its objective is to provide the CSN’s employees with the skills and technical knowledge they need and to encourage the kinds of attitudes that make it possible to reach the Council’s one fundamental goal, nuclear and radiological safety.

The CSN draws up an annual Training Plan addressed exclusively to its own staff. This plan is entirely funded by the CSN’s budget. It is approved each year by the Plenary of the Council and is coordinated by the General Secretariat through the Subdirectorate for Personnel and Administration and the Research and Knowledge Management Unit.

The plan includes courses, participation in conferences, seminars and technical workshops.
