This map shows data from the radiological environmental monitoring programmes (PVRA), developed around nuclear and radioactive fuel cycle facilities under the responsibility of the holders thereof, and the network of sampling stations (REM), which is part of the national surveillance, developed by the CSN.

Within these programmes, environmental samples are collected in field and transported to laboratories of universities or other public or private bodies, specialized in low-level radiological measures, where preparation is carried out and radiological activity measurements obtained, after a variable period of time.

This map displays the sampling stations that make part of these programs, allowing the public to consult for each of them the available radioactivity values, since 2006, which are completed in a yearly basis, once received and reviewed.
