General information

The Ascó nuclear power plant is located in the municipality of Ascó (Tarragona) on the right bank of the Ebro River. It consists of two units, each functioning with a nuclear steam production system consisting of a pressurised light water reactor, PWR type, supplied by the US company Westinghouse.
