The Ibero-American Forum of Radiological and Nuclear Regulatory Agencies  (FORO) is an association of nuclear and radiation safety regulatory authorities of the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking American countries.

FORO runs a technical programme inspired by regional needs and priorities for the enhancement of radiation safety and nuclear safety in Ibero-America. FORO’s technical programme, which is defined and revised internally and covers numerous aspects concerning the regulation of nuclear facilities and activities, has proved itself an excellent example of sustainable, self-financed collaboration. FORO also has the support of the International Atomic Energy Agency as its scientific secretary.
